Provided that the nature of the service is suitable for remote delivery, the following services can be offered via telehealth:
General Examination and Follow-Up:
- Individuals can be examined, monitored, and evaluated remotely; previously diagnosed conditions can be reviewed.
- If necessary, individuals may be advised to visit a healthcare facility in person.
Disease Management:
- Clinical parameters such as blood sugar and blood pressure can be monitored, and treatment and medication management can be provided.
Preventive and Supportive Services:
- Services can be provided to promote healthy living, offer psychosocial support, and monitor overall health.
Follow-Up of At-Risk Groups:
- Elderly individuals or those with increasing health risks can be comprehensively evaluated and monitored.
Surgical Services:
- Certain interventional or surgical procedures may be performed with technological capabilities and approval from the Ministry.
Epidemic Management:
- Medical procedures in accordance with national guidelines can be implemented during epidemics.
Technological Support:
- Health data can be monitored and tracked using wearable devices.
E-Prescriptions and Reporting:
- E-prescriptions and e-reports can be issued to individuals evaluated by a physician.
Services to Other Healthcare Facilities:
- Healthcare facilities may provide telehealth services to individuals in other facilities, provided they are licensed for the same specialty.
