  1. Unauthorized Activity:

    First Violation: Activity is halted, and a criminal complaint is filed with the prosecutor's office.


  2. Violation of Competency Criteria:

    First Violation: Written warning and 1 month to rectify the issue.

    If Not Resolved: 2% administrative fine based on the previous month's gross income and another 1-month period for correction.

    Subsequent Violation: Activity is suspended for 1 year. If the issue persists, the authorization certificate is revoked.


  3. Failure to Meet Registration and Notification Obligations:

    First Violation: Written warning and 1 month to fulfill the obligation.

    If Not Resolved: 1% administrative fine based on the previous month's gross income and another 1-month period for compliance.

    Subsequent Violation: Activity is suspended for 1 year. If the obligation remains unmet, the authorization certificate is revoked.


  4. Charging Fees Against the Pricing Tariff:

    First Violation: 2% administrative fine based on the previous month's gross income, and the overcharged amount is refunded.

    If Repeated: 4% administrative fine and a refund of the overcharged amount.

    Subsequent Violation: Authorization certificate is revoked, and overcharged fees are refunded.


  5. Violation of Promotion and Information Rules:

    First Violation: The organization is warned.

    Second Violation: Activity is suspended for 1 month.

    Third Violation: Activity is suspended for 3 months.
